  Installation of electric pool

  1. Since the battery leaves the factory with liquid charge, please move the bottom of the battery when handling it after opening the box. Please handle it gently.

  2. It is strictly prohibited to open the battery valve, otherwise it will lead to poor battery sealing and affect the performance and life of the battery.

  3. The same battery shall be of the same specification. It is not allowed to mix products made by different manufacturers.

4, the battery should be used in good ventilation conditions, not allowed to install the battery in a closed container or space. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from hot objects.

  5. During installation, please use insulating tools to avoid electric shock.

6, the installation of the battery should fully consider the heat dissipation of the battery, battery distance should be maintained at more than 10mm.

7, when the battery wiring, please connect the batteries to each other. It is then connected to the charging device and the load. The positive and negative terminals of the battery are connected with the positive and negative terminals of the charging equipment and the load. And carefully check whether the bolts and nuts are tightened (the torsional distance of the connecting bolt is about 1n.m).

  8. In order to obtain the expected service life, please choose the automatic current limiting and voltage stabilizing charging device, with over voltage, under voltage, over current protection ± 1.5% voltage stabilizing accuracy, ripple current should be controlled within ± 0.05c10.

  9. Recharge the battery

The battery should be fully charged when it is put into operation. After the installation is completed and the battery is replenished, please refer to "table 1" for the replenishment system according to the storage life of the battery.

Storage time replenishment system (current ≤ 0.25c10)

Not more than 2 months without power supply, direct use

Charge at 2.3v/monomer constant voltage for 48 hours or at 2.4v/monomer voltage for 24 hours for no more than 6 months.

Charge for 96 hours at 2.3v/monomer constant voltage or for 48 hours at 2.4v/monomer voltage for no more than 12 months.

Charge for 144 hours at 2.3v/monomer constant voltage or for 96 hours at 2.4v/monomer voltage for no more than 24 months.

  use

  1. The maximum allowable discharge current is shown in table 2.

Maximum discharge current maximum discharge time

  3 c10 3 min

If the maximum discharge current of the battery is exceeded or the maximum discharge time is exceeded in the maximum discharge current, the battery may be damaged.

2, the battery can not be placed for a long time after discharge, discharge should be charged immediately, and make it to the state of full charge.

  3. Floating charge operation

At a standard temperature of 25℃. The floating charging pressure is 2.23v/monomer. If the ambient temperature is higher than 25℃, the floating charging pressure should decrease, and vice versa. The correction coefficient of floating charge voltage is ±3mv/℃/ monomer.

  4. Recycle

4.1 if the battery is in cyclic use, it should be charged according to the following principles.

When the ambient temperature is 25℃, the initial maximum current of battery charging should be controlled within 0.25c10. The battery is charged at a balanced charging voltage of 2.35~2.4v. The specific charging time is shown in table 3. (if the ambient temperature is above or below 25℃. The calibration coefficient of equilibrium charging voltage is ±4mv/℃/ monomer.

Discharge depth constant current initial current total charging time (h)

  20% 0.25 C10 8

  50% 0.25 C10 12

  80% 0.25c10 16

  100% 0.25c10 24

4.2 if the device can only be charged at floating charging voltage. See "table 4" for supplementary time.

Discharge depth constant current initial current total charging time (h)

  20% 0.25 C10 12

  50% 0.25c10 24

  80% 0.25c10 48

  100% 0.25c10 96

The above charging time is the reference value, with the battery in use, or the ambient temperature is less than 25℃±5℃. The charging time should be extended accordingly.

  5. The optimal ambient temperature of the battery is 25℃±5℃.

Inspection and maintenance during battery operation

1, the battery in the process of operation to do a good job of inspection and maintenance, and the corresponding complete operation record.

  2. Check the appearance and voltage of the battery regularly. The details are as follows:

2.1 inspection once a month: 1) mainly check whether the total floating charging voltage of the battery is consistent with the provisions of "2.3". Otherwise it should be adjusted. 2) whether the floating charging voltage of each single battery conforms to the deviation range of ± 0.1v/monomer. Otherwise, the manufacturing company shall be notified to deal with it. 3) check the battery for leakage and damage. 4) check whether the battery connection is loose. 5) check whether the safety valve is loose.

2.2 inspection once every three months: 1) repeat the inspection once a month. 2) for batteries that do not have deep discharge during operation, a deep discharge shall be performed, and the discharge depth is generally required to be between 1.85 and 1.90v of the single battery voltage. And record the discharge time and discharge current. After the discharge, press "second center 4.1, 4.2" to charge.

  Notice what item

1, the battery is absolutely not allowed to close to the fire source, under no circumstances is not allowed to put the battery into the fire.

  2. When sulfuric acid touches human body or clothes, rinse immediately with clean water, splash into eyes and rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, and seek medical advice immediately.

  3. The installation, inspection and maintenance shall be conducted in strict accordance with electrical regulations. Pay attention to the use of protective tools and facilities.

4, when cleaning the battery, please be careful not to use easy to produce electrostatic objects. Do not use organic solvents. Only slightly wet cloth sassafras will do.
